March 31 Hi everyone,   This week was a really great week! We were able to help our friend Paula be baptized! She has been attending church for a year and a half so the whole ward was excited for her! It was great! She was baptized by her husband and it was very wholesome!   Love Elder Gurney

  3/24 Hi Everyone,   This week was a great week! We were able to see our friend Richard get baptized.   He was in tears and super happy. It was great to see. Richard is a really cool story because he was actually taught by missionaries about 3 months before we started teaching him.  But last time he was rude to the missionaries and his son cursed out my now companion Elder Enoch.  Richard felt really bad and reached out to apologize and has now changed his life around.     This week I had a zone conference with another zone and I was able to see a couple old companions.   It was a great week tho and this week will be having another baptism for our friend Paula which will be great.   Love, Elder Gurney

  3/17 Hi Everyone,   This week was a pretty standard week.  Neither me nor Elder Enoch got transferred so we get to be together for another 6 weeks! I am excited because we have a couple people who are getting ready for baptism.   This week our friend Richard is being baptized and we are super excited for him.  He has been wanting to get baptized super badly.  He'll get baptized on Saturday.     Love, Elder Gurney

  3/10 Hi Everyone,   This week was a fun week! We met some cool people. A less active member showed me some 96 year old radios that he has been collecting and then showed us a bunch of cars from 1941. They were really cool and he was a real nice guy. They haven't been active in a while but the ward really wanted us to meet them so we will see what happens.    We also invited this nice lady that has been coming to church for a year to be baptized and she finally said yes. She is the wife of the Sunday school president so we are excited for her.    This week is transfers. So we will see what happens Love, Elder Gurney

3/3 Hi everyone,   This week was a pretty normal week. We had some great lessons with our friends and taught 3 of then the word of wisdom.  They all understood it and are ready to follow it. It was great.  We are working with some people who are really close to baptism and that should be coming up soon!   Love, Elder Gurney
